1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Analytics Social(“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (Permitted vs. Prohibited Uses)
Our Service is engineered exclusively as a research, business intelligence, and comment analytics tool for publicly accessible social content.
Permitted Uses
- Exporting public commentary for giveaway winner audits and contests.
- Conducting brand sentiment analysis and public audience feedback research.
- Archiving marketing campaign discussions and engagement metrics into CSV, Excel, or JSON.
- Analyzing public customer inquiries and product feedback.
Strictly Prohibited Uses
- Using analysed data for automated DM spam, unsolicited outreach, or mass harassment.
- Attempting to bypass access controls or analyse non-public/private account data.
- Reselling raw personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or applicable privacy laws.
- Using the Platform in connection with bot networks, fake engagement, or account harvesting.
3. Non-Streaming & Public Data Exclusivity
Notice: This analytics suite processes strictly public discussion metrics and text feedback. This service does not rip, host, convert, or store copyrighted video or audio media.
The Platform is architected strictly for qualitative text research, engagement velocity measurement, and comment data export. The Service does not provide tools, endpoints, or facilities to capture, download, convert, rip, or host copyrighted video, reel, story, or audio binaries.
Users are explicitly prohibited from using this Platform to circumvent digital rights management (DRM), stream-rip media assets, or violate copyright protections under international IP laws, Mastercard BRAM, and Visa GBPP merchant regulations. Any attempt to use the Service for media ripping will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
4. Token Quotas, Billing & Refunds
The Platform operates on a transparent token-based usage model:
- Free Allowance: New accounts receive a complimentary starting token grant. Free monthly token quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month and do not roll over.
- Purchased Tokens & Subscriptions: Paid top-up token packs and subscription plans are billed in advance directly by Analytics Social. All payment transactions are processed securely via Stripe, Inc., the global industry leader in payment processing and a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway. Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as “Analytics Social”. Credit card information is encrypted end-to-end directly by Stripe and is never collected or stored on Analytics Social's servers.
- Transparent Pricing: All current rates, plan allowances, and token bundle volumes are published on our dedicated Pricing Page.
- 1-Click Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with one click via the self-service Stripe Customer Portal in your account dashboard, or via our Contact Page.

In addition, if an analysis query fails due to service outages or temporary network interruptions, token deductions are restored automatically. 5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights and ownership to the query parameters, analytics reports, and formatted exports generated through your account. We do not claim ownership of any content publicly posted by third-party Instagram users.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Analytics Social, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to changes or rate limits implemented by third-party social media platforms.
7. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Trademark Notice: Instagram and the Instagram logo are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. This Service is an independent analytical tool and has not been authorized, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Meta Platforms, Inc.
